Roberts has been practicing Bankruptcy Law for over 25 years and has been certified as a Certified Specialist in Personal and Small Business Bankruptcy Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. His office has a dedicated staff who are here to make sure that you receive the protection to which the law says that you are entitled. The world of law and finances is complex, but we are on your side.

John Roberts, Lead Attorney John started practicing Bankruptcy Law in 1978 and has practiced Bankruptcy Law exclusively since 1986. Originally from Los Angeles, John moved his family to El Dorado County in 1979 and has lived and worked there from that time. When not practicing law, John spends his time with photography, tinkering with computers and doing woodworking.
Fran Rothwell, Office Manager Having worked in this law firm since 1983, Fran has experience in all aspects of this practice. She has lived in El Dorado County since 1980, being a transplant from the San Francisco Bay area. Fran and her husband have two children.
